Memory Speeds

I've just installed my new Asus A8R32-MVP Deluxe mobo with a pair of TwinX2048-C2PT memory modules, they have by default been given timings of 3-3-3-8, but should be able to run at 2-3-3-6. I have found where to change these settings, but there are so many options that I don't kn ow which ones to do.

The options I have are:
CAS
TRAS
TRP
TRCD
TRRD
TRC
TRFC
TRWT

I don't really know too much about memory timings, but would like to be getting the most out of my memory. There are also a load of other settings but don't know their importance.

Any help would be greatfully received.

CAS is ur first one, could prob get away with putting that at 2.5, as for the rest, i think we need a "pro"

For your ram
CAS = 2
Trcd = 3
Trp = 3
Tras = 6
Trrd = 2
Trc = 10
Trfc = 12
Trwt = 2

If it doesn't work then Trrd = 3 Trwt = 3
