    e-bay item never received

    hi

dont know which forum this should be in

i won a item on e-bay on the Monday 1 NOVEMBER payed with PAYPAL same day they said i would get items in 7 days
well after 7 days i e-mailed him to ask when delivery was to be expected he was sorry for the delay and guaranteed delivery on the Tuesday 11 November
again i e-mailed to say items never arrived but never got a replay

my question is since i payed with paypal do they resolve the issue or do i tell e-bay there is a problem?? and what are the chances of getting either the items or a refund??

You are supposed to wait about 60 days or so before eBay think you should start caring about it. At which point you should contact eBay, but I wouldn't expect a timely response, they aren't the most prompt of people in the world....

He may just be having issues though. I have had this happen quite a few times when I bought things. Though at the moment I would put it down to the post office. I sent out something via special delivery which was to be delivered Saturday or Monday at the lastest, and I still don't think it has arrived for him. I should also have had a phone delivered monday or tuesday

    hi

i dont believe its the post office in the past week i have purchased two harddrives from different people and they have arrived within 2 days of the end of sale

so either this person is VERY slow or he is selling items he does not have

if he replayed to my e-mails with a excuse i would give him the benefit of doubt but as he is not i think i have no choice but to register a Non-Receipt with paypal and let them look into it

you should be able to request a refund via paypal if you login to your account and look at the last transaction details

Square Trade charge you to do investigations, so it's best to avoid that.
