I current have a 73GB Seagate Cheetah 15K U320 SCA hard disk and im trying to raise funds for other things, can anyone give me an idea of its resale value?

They're still going for around £140 new, so (dependent on age), I'd try for £100.

With S-ata 300 and 10k raptor disks entering the main stream, 15k U320 is the only SCSI stuff that still kicks IDE ass, so you should be able to sell it for a decent price...like machinist says somewhere around £100.

What is it? a 15k.1? a 15k.4?
Part will depend on age of the drive, but older 15krpm u320 stuff really does not compare as favourably to a raptor anymore, new tech >= older 15krpm tech i'm afraid. Esp when the 76GB raptor is what, £110 ish now?
Check ebay, but i think you will be hard pushed, unless you happen to find two people who really want that model for their raid arrays...

The drives are ST373453LC which i do believe is 15.4
They still have warrantee until 2008 and the cheapest new price i found for an e-tailer is £242 + P&P
What you guys reckon each then?
