    What cooling you get?

My PD920 run max at 4Ghz 1.3625V, and running in the range of 65~70'C on Zalman CNPS9500-AT. 4.05Ghz at slightly higher voltage will trigger the auto-shutdown

Don't expect a large overclock unless you have watercooling.

You had a pretty bad chip then I think as my 930 will run 3.9Ghz all day long @ 1.3v on it's stock cooler with a temp of 38c idle and 50c fully loaded on both cores.

I've had it up to 4.3Ghz on stock volts and stock cooler barely breaking a sweat, but not stable at stock voltage.

You should be good on water or good air cooling PC_Dood

    Cheers

Its kind of odd that my motherboard undervolt by 0.08V at max load (1.29V) compared to idle (1.38V), I need to give 1.3625 (BIOS) to get it stable
Just got a new PSU with the 8pin connector (instead of the 4pin). Will try if it helps at all.

I'm wondering if my Zalman cooler is broken, will try to stick the stock cooler on and see how stuff goes.

I tried running it at stock speed with the Zalman and get 48'C idle 57'C full load, and 53'C idle at 4Ghz. Seriously I don't have a clue whats going on
