    Help with my first Overclock

I'm looking for some help with my first overclock. I've done searching for my processor and motherboard but can't find anything that I can understand. If anyone can offer some step by step guides and advice that would be good.

    CPU: 3500 Venice
    Mobo: Asus A8R32-MVP Deluse
    Memory: TwinX2048C2PT PC3200

Will my memory be a hindering factor?

    Hi

Just google A64 overclocking and you will find lots of general guides.
They should cover all aspects of the art including using memory dividers.

Right, I've just swapped by 3500 Venice for an Opty 146, think the stepping was CAB2E, can't remember exactly, it;s written down at home though.

I was told it;s best to leave it running at stock speeds for a few days first but at higher volts, so I've upped the voltage to 1.55v and it was running at 2GHz, last night I set it to 2.2GHz to get it on par with my Venice.

Whats the next step? If anyone is familiar with my mobo (Asus A8R32-MVP Deluxe) and can give me some specific pointers that would be great.
