SN85G4 V3 POST Problems.

I fear I will have to buy a new XPC.

Ok so,

First my Hard Drive crashed (Westgate has failed me again) so I had to scrounge around into one of my old PCs for a HD.

After popping in the HD I then proceeded to install Windows 2K but during the installation process it ran into an error or something and I had to reboot.

Upon rebooting however the Fan stays at FULL SPEED and the BIOS hangs at "Detecting IDE Devices".

I have cleared the CMOS, removed the battery, swapped parts and nothing so far has worked, I cannot enter the Setup or Boot Menu so it just sits there.

Does anyone know any tricks or have any advice on what to do?

Also does anyone know if there is a place I could simple buy a replacement motherboard? That would be the ideal solution for me.
