Wanted: Someone to help me import from the US

As the subject says, I'm looking for someone willing to help me import a few (Two, to be exact) computer items from the US (Yaaay, low prices. And products unavailible here). I recall in a thread a while back, a US member offered to do this (A few UK members were lamenting the comparatively high prices), that person perhaps?

While I do have US relatives, one of the items I'm looking to buy is a Samsung harddrive (SP1604N - unavailible here), and I doubt they would package it properly. I'd like it to arrive in one piece.

Dont forget the possible import tax (works about about 20% after the VAT and charge for them charging the VAT ( ) gets added.

Though you may not get hit.

If you mark it as gift and put the value as under £30 then it wont get charged unless they think you are taking the mick and they realise its worth more. In that case they will just make up some low figure.

I am well aware of import duty, and even with that, it's cheaper to import. And even if it's not, the two items (Arctic Cooling VGA Silencer & Samsung SP1604N) aren't availible here anyway, rendering cost rather moot.
