Changing from Intel Matrix Storage to NVidia RAID

Hi,
Next week I'm changing my mobo from an Intel 925XE chipset to an NVidia nForce 4 SLi for Intel chipset. Currently I have 2 160Gb SATA drives in a RAID0 array using the Intel Matrix Storage controller. I want to keep the same configuration when I migrate these drives to the nForce motherboard. Will it be a simple case of plugging the drives in and NVidia RAID detecting that they should be in a RAID0 array, keeping everything happy and me still being able to access all my stuff? Or will I have to back up all the data from the drives and start from scratch?

Most likely start from scratch. Most RAID chipsets/cards have different configuration files so they will not read array created by other chipsets.
