I believe that's SiS730 so in the same realms as a KT266 but without tweaking options that made the VIA KTxxx so popular (until nForce2 came along). So you are unlikely to get voltage or multiplier control and will almost surely be stuck with a max of 266FSB (2x133mhz). Best CPU you are likely to be able to use is an XP2400+ (Pally XP2100+ if it dislikes Tbred). SiS735/745 improved things a little further but even the latest 333FSB (SiS746FX) and 400FSB (SiS748) lack tweaking settings. With nForce2 new form Dabs for £37 it seems hard to settle for SiS or VIA based mobos.
