case fans needed with water cooling?

Planning on buying a zalman reserator(the newer version) to cool my cpu, gpu and northbridge as below. Will I need the case fans with this setup?

I have thought I might due to the 3 hdd's I have but am also planning on getting some zalman hdd coolers.

Temps in my current pc are ok(about 30deg idle) but looking really to silence my pc.
Want to do this as am planning on running my pc 24/7 occasionally and want to be able to sleep without hearing the fans etc going.

I had thought about hdd enclosures as well but I think they tend to heat up the drives too much(or do they?).

Any opinions/suggestions would be gratefully recieved.

Yes, you will need case fans. if you are cooling the gpu, you will probably be putting little ramsinks on the memory and these will need some airflow. also the pwmic area on the motherboard will get very hot with no airflow, so yeah, you need case fans, even if you use undervolted 120mm fans, some airflow is better than no airlfow :)

You would need a slow-spinning 120mm fan to cool the ram and everything else on the board.

are panaflow(or however you spell it) still the best for being the quietest but still very efficient fans? If not, which ones are?

Panaflow still is, although couple of Akasa Amber will do just fine

Any HDD cooler is just going to transfer the heat somewhere else, and if there's nowhere else for it to go, your system temps will just get hotter and hotter :).
If you're looking for 120mm fans, some of the Yate-Loons are very good (there's a seller recommending on these forums (silencio..something or other). I bought some from him, and they are indeed very good. He also tests them before shipping, to make sure they startup on 5V.
