What is the fastest Hard Drive from this list?

What one would be the fastest out of these 3? Note the Access Times in ms.

I have heard good things about the Samsung drive from reviews and people talking about them in general. The IBM comes recommend in Custom PC mag. But the Seagate has an access time of 8.0ms.

    What do you think?

    250 Gb HGST (IBM/Hitachi) 0A31636 Deskstar T7K250, SATA300, 7200 rpm, 8MB Cache, 8.5 ms, NCQ

    250 Gb Samsung SP2504C SpinPoint P120, SATA300, 7200 rpm, 8MB Cache, 9.0 ms, NCQ

    250 Gb Seagate ST3250824AS Barracuda 7200.9, SATA300, 7200 rpm, 8MB Cache, 8.0 ms, NCQ

i think its the deskstar but dont hold me to that (also you have to enable sata2...)

well im after a new drive to and have setteld on the 250GB seagate 7200.9 16mb cache, when scan have it in stock lol.

you may want to look at the 320gb 7200.10 from segate

after reading this >> http://www.storagereview.com/articles/200601/250_1.html it seems seagate is an allround perfomer

how do you disable and enable ncq?

You can't really argue with the conclusion drawn from the review : Buy the make you prefer as these apples and pears all taste pretty much the same.

My preference is HGST as I've used them for years with no issues.

    Corsair Air 540, Asus Prime X570-Pro, Win 10 Pro, AMD R9 3900X, Corsair HX 750, EVGA 1080 Ti, 2x Corsair 2TB MP600, 2x 2TB WD20EZRX, 4x8GB Corsair Dominator, custom watercooled (single loop, 2 rads)
    Corsair 550D, Asus X470-Prime Pro, Win 10 Pro, AMD R7 2700, Corsair RM750i, Asus GTX780 Poseidon, 2x Sammy 500GB 970 EVO, 2x 2TB Seagate Barracuda, 2x8GB Corsair Vengeance, custom watercooled (single loop, 2 rads)
    Synology DS918+ w/ 2xWDC Green 3TB + 2x Seagate Barracuda 6TB, N2200 w/ 2xSammy 1.5TB
    backup:
    Corsair 500R, Gigabyte GA-Z97MX Gaming 5, Win 10 Pro, i5 4690, Corsair HX750i, Sapphire Fury X, 256GB Sammy SM951 M.2 (System), WD SE16 640GB, 2x8GB Corsair Vengeance, Corsair H100i
