    USB issues on SN95G5

Hi, I am having very frustrating issues with some USB devices on my shuttle.. I have a PN15 Shuttle Wifi card and a PC12 USB2 shuttle Card Reader, for some reason I keep loosing the devices, at which point I have to actually open the box up, unplug the devices, reboot and plug them in again to get them to start up again. The wifi card seems to be the most unstable, without fail it eventually fails with any serious usage, it then just stops connecting and even after a reboot often will not start up again properly without being unplugged as mentioned before.

I suspect this has something to do with mainboard drivers and not the devices themselves (I got similar results using a Netgear USB2 wifi dongle) but I am pretty much at a loss now as to what to do, I am hoping somebody may have experienced similar. I am getting to the point where I will have to go back to a wired network! (whats the world coming too!!! :0)
This is not a new issue either, its been there since I bought the machine, I have tried rebuilding windows multiple times but it doesnt change anything (not that I expected it to, but I was grasping really)

    any suggestions would be welcomed.

    thanks
    Paul

Thanks, based on what I am seeing there I am screwed i think, its just confirmed for me that I wont waste money on another shuttle ever (as good as they look they seem to have so many problems and no support for Shuttle) They seem to be aware that they manufactured rubbish but not willing to do anything about it which is good!!!

    thanks for the pointer
    cheers
