lo chaps
bought a cheap lappy recently
anyway intermittant lockups made me think that it had a heat problem
as even on a clean install wierd things happened
anyway after taking the back off of it, the fan in the corner seems inactive so it'll have to be replaced...
any advice on how to do this or where to get components?
it's an Acer 332T

what size fan?probly a 40 or 60mm one if its from a lappy.. how thick, 15, 25 or 35mm? plenty of shops sell em, look in the bargain hunt forum theres a sticky with a looooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo ooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooong list of online shops to buy from, and a few of them will have fans :)
