ok i got some ram from aria and it was broken so i sent it back and it was tested and thay found it broken as wall anyway aria wont give me back my money.
1 day they say ill get it next day and so on this has bean going on for just over a week phoned them yesterday afternoon and the guy side it should be in my account right naw are if not be there buy 12 am to day but its not in so what can i do anyhelp guys thanks
it will take upto 4 days to clear...
its bean 9 days so fair :(
phone up their customer services and mention the small claims court or trading standards :) if its DOA, they have to offer a refund by law, however i don't know what period of time is classes as 'acceptable' for the refund to arrive back in your account.

or, did you pay by credit card? you can always get the refund from them and ask them to get the refund from aria. aria are unlikely to mess around with a cc company...

i payed with solo card i phoned them up to day and told them that i was going to seek legail add and they side it will be in my bank acount to night

but yes the ram is broken and my MB is a 2 week old abit nf7-s rev2 mb and thats working nice:D
give it 3 more days, atleast
