heat and drivers. make sure everything is well ventilated and that the cpu heatsink is making good contact with the cpu. update your drivers, all of them.
-
none of my temps go above 40 degrees
-
have downloaded all latest drivers from msi web site
downloading forceware 91.28 from nvidia now previosly had 84.21

Any bluescreens, error msgs etc when it reboots?
Also check your eventlog to see if anything interesting appears after an unexpected reboot, if so that could point you to what is causing it
Check your psu voltages also (i.e lower/higher than fault threshold)
-
no error messages, blue screens of anything in the event log psu is well within threshold
-
Totally random reboots or when doing certain things i.e gaming, decripting etc etc
Also, may sound obvious but dont forget to do a good old fashioned virus scan!

** Ignore i didnt read the whole topic **
Also to turn on BSOD on XP (or turn off auto reboot...)
Control Panel -> System (In "classic" style)
-> Performance & Maintance -> System
System -> Advance tab, then the Start up and Recovery settiings button. -> remove the tick box from Automatically Restart shoulw give you a better idea.

already did turn on the bsod. anyway i found out theat its was the capacitors on the motherboard that was bulging so it's getting rma'ed back to msi
