Hi
I have a new motherboard on the way (asus a8n-sli se) and was wondering if its ok to remove the chipset fan and replace it with a zalman ZM-NB32J northbridge cooler which I have from my old pc. I ask because its kinda old so I wanted to be sure it would be ok with modern chipsets. From zalmans website: "ZM-NB32J is compatible with all Northbridge chipsets that do not have a built-in graphics core".
I guess it'd be ok then yes? Or would you recommend I just keep the fan which comes preinstalled?
