    Mouse start up issues

Hey people , i have a strange problem and am not sure of the cure

basically i have a razer diamond back gaming mouse, and here is the situation of the matter >>

    1) when pc is off at the mains , when i turn mains on and then PSU switch on then boot up pc mouse will work !!

but sometimes the mouse will not load up and ill have to get off my chair un-plug it then put it back it for it to work. tbh its driving me mad!

it seems to do it regulary when i shut down pc then watch tv etc then power pc back up ugh

oh and as far as i am aware i am running the latest drivers, although i cant check on razer site since its down

Try to hook it up through a powered USB hub it may stop it from getting stuck in sleep mode. (Just make sure the hub has power even when the system is off). Pick one up someplace where you can return it if it doesn't work. I remember I ran into this problem on one of the first gen optical mice. I'm surprised it's happening on a modern, high-end mouse though.

Are you sure you don't have a bum mouse or faulty USB port?

    Good luck!

I've got the exact same problem with my Diamondback as you Pie, it only happens once in a while, but it's a bit annoying. I would rather live with it than waste money on an undeeded USB hub tbh, when my PC has 10 USB ports already.
