    Been planning a build now for some time, you may have notcied me asking q's around here well here is the spec i have come up with....what do you think? Your suggestions are welcome

    Wait a few days and you'll be able to get one of the new 16MB cache 74GB Raptors, aside from that, bling bling!

    Is the HSF ok for the chip or should i get something with a little more 'meat'

    If not overclocking the stock sink should be fine.
    Though I would get a better sink that could take a larger fan.....pref 120mm.

    imo i very very nice setup, but a better HSf would be better, thermal right XP-90C, and imo the X1900XT or XTX would be better

    Cooling & Graphics

    I really wanted something i could SLI to be honest that is why i went with that gfx card, and i sen some amazing reviews.

    As for cooling i have been looking at the artic cooler frezzer Here

    How about upping the monitor to a 24"? SLI would have fun with all those pixels

    Tha tkind breaks the bank the dell 24" screen costs almost 900 squid i think the 20" will do for now

    Edit: Iam not sure about the ram iam thinking two 512 Corsair dims Here they have better timings.

    Don't worry too much about the timings. The better general performance boost you'll see with 2G will swamp any benchmark improvement you'll see with tighter memory timings.
