Seems like a triumph of gimmickry over substance to me.....

and on a serious note. i would actually but one, but not at 80 quid. i know there a lot happening below the surface but im pretty happing with a mouse wheel that ALWAYS clicks. like my mx700. infact i thing haveing a mouse wih a free-wheeling wheel would be a bad thing.

aint half sexy though. TAKE THAT YOU MICROOFT MOUSE THATS RETURNING THAT I CANT FIND THE LINK FOR!!!

    There We Go!

Currently have a Intellimouse for Bluetooth... That MX Revolution does look a worthy replacement though.

Note the return of two side buttons, btw.

Endgadget had some much sexier shots http://www.engadget.com/2006/08/24/h...mx-revolution/ Looks awesome, not paying £80 for a damn mouse though.

Looks like it would be perfect for gaming to me. it sill has the two thumb buttons on the side too, which I always set to guns. much smaller now. Sure we can fine use for that extra scroll wheel too.

Odd that people will spend £300 on a graphics card but not £80 on a mouse. After all you are using your mouse every single time you do anything on your PC. Putting it like that £80 doesn't seem too bad.

I don't see the point in the hyper fast scroll wheel, its not you could read a document at the speed it scrolls. If you need to get down quickly just use the page down keys.

I think I shall stick with my MX1000.

Didnt they realise you can change how many lines the wheel scrolls in the mouse options ? :\
