Im looking too get another 2x512 modules of this stuff to bring my pc too a gig. Would this be worth it if i got the money?
So in theory it should run 4x512 in dualchannel?
My board is Abit At8

It will run 4x512Mb in dual channel but only at 2T command rate.
The board should also default to running them at 333 but depending on your CPU you may be able to set them to run faster manually.

u think its worth it or not buff, gonna cost me 50. Ive never ran 2 gig before so i duno. Would i notice a big difference or a minimal at best?

Merlin my friend im running 4 sticks of the memory you mentioned and there is a noticable difference when using 2 gig compared to 1 gig, seeing as your a gamer you will notice it loads

Im running mine in 2T mode manually set to 400mhz

4 sticks is fine.. dun worry too much about it..

The only thing that will POSSIBLY hold you back is probably the baord, AFAIK.. some boards dun handle 4 sticks very well..

I've been running 4 sticks on my X2 rig.. never bothered me..

If you're worried about performance deficit by running 2T then dunt.. 2-3% at the most in real world situations versus 2x1GB.. well.. unless you bench..
