    Lightbulb Cleaning Keyboard

    Hi all,
Drunken mate spilled Strongbow on my keyboard. It's dry now and working fine, none of the keys are sticking, BUT, there is a nasty cidery residue on top of some of the keys.
Does anyone have any advice on how to clean this of without damaging the KB?
    Ta

dont plug it in until it has completely dried though! It is actually a really good idea

Wired keyboards are pretty easy to strip down & clean. Wireless ones are a bit more challenging. Just try to remember where all the keys go.

Custom Pc wrote about the dishwasher thing, they say it does work but as ExceededGoku says wait for it to dry before you plug it in.

I took a photo of mine, then took all the keys out, and washed them in soapy water, then referred to the photo to make sure I knew where all the keys went!!
