    How about Super?

It has an ipod profile already set and it can convert from just about any format.

Another vote for videora it has everything you need and works a treat. I found it better than the Apple Quicktime one which always crashes on me!

Xilisoft Zune Video Converter Supports preview. Users can choose to preview the input files before conversion; It supports multithreading and batch conversion. You can select all files you want to convert and Xilisoft Zune Video Converter will automatically convert them one by one even if these files use different settings.
