really need guide on RAM

hey, just wondering if anyone knos of a guide (todays world and not intel pentium III ages) on everythign about RAM such as
- types of ram
- definitions of thigns such as BH-5,ECC, Non ECC,SPD
-overclocking and how it affects RAM
-what a divider actually does
- timings

et.c i really need help on this subject as i havent the slightest on RAM
