I think that x4 stuff is about the type/number of chips on the RAM stick. All good brands tell you what they are (like 32x8 for example.)
As for Corsair/Kingston, I'd say Corsair, but no real reason except that I hear of them more, lol.

If you are worried the RAM is not compatible with NF2 email the manufacturer of both the RAM and mobo. Also may as well email the supplier and ask if they have tested it in an NF2 board.
