which RAM??? HELP!!!

Hello, last minute question before I order my system:

I have narrowed it down to these two sets:

There is a £20 difference. Which one is faster?

The second set is rated to run at ddr-800 at tighter timings than the first set, and is cheaper too, so that would be the one I would go for I think the leds make it more expensive, but contrary to popular belief, doesn't make it go faster

Will the better heatsink on the Pro version mean it will perform faster, even though it has worse timings?

Yup, though they do even the heat distribution a bit, it doesnt affect performance that much (at most 1%)

I'd go for the value select range personally. High speed ram doesn't make a huge noticable real world performance difference IMO.

Of course, if you have the money to burn then why not If I had the money to make the ultimate rig then I'd go the whole hog and get all of the best stuff.
