Currently on 1794mhz - 29c... OC'ed from 1646mhz at 27c
that definitely isnt a problem
once you get above 40'C you may want to stop
the old 754s can take more voltage (1.6v maybe but im not sure) but as you have a budget cpu i presume your cooling wont be that hot (or cool rather) so i doubt youll be able to keep pushing into that kind of voltage
download CPUz and tell us what chip you have as im not entirely sure what cores came out finally on 754, i think it was claw/newcastle/winny but im not sure, winchester is 90nm so that one wont like the voltage too much
thats a new 90nm core so keep it at 1.550v max
