Price check please

Anyone think £200 is a fair price for this:

ASUS A7V600
XP2500 Barton o/c to 3200 speed (has been stable like this for about 3 years)
512Mb RAM
Leadtek 6800NU
Seagate 7200.7 80Gb IDE
NEC 3520 DVD-RW
Brand new Xclio case
Raidmax 400W PSU (again - has run perfectly for 2 years)

Selling it to my brother who will probably accuse me of ripping him off - am I?

PS - I've given him 2 PCs free gratis in the past.

IMo its a fair price, especially as its nice and stable by the sound of it, although not a terribly exciting set-up, good for a working unit.

Agreed it's not top spec, but it's mainly for his young kids to play learning games on and for him to web browse, word process, etc.
