Which Fanless board? VIA EPIA EN12000E or MS10000E

I want to get a better fanless mobo and have found 2 VIA boards using Eden (fanless) processors and wondered if anyone had an opinion about how much more performance the more expensive one should give.

EN12000e has 1.2ghz proc and uses DDRII 533 memory (about £170)
MS10000e has 1.0ghz proc and uses DDR266 memory (as low as £110)

This is for an MP3 box without keyboard/mouse/monitor running XP Pro and purely hosting a single user web site and web service. My current 533 fanless VIA board is maxed out so I'm looking to give it some breathing space.

Will the 0.2ghz and DDRII make much difference? My instinct tells me that DDRII is only really necessary for certain types of processing (ie not web servers) and needs a very fast processor to do it justice?

    Any comments?

EDIT - I've just found the VIA CN10000 which has 1.0ghz proc with DDR2 at just $180 and this sounds like a winner. Can't find it in the UK anywhere though

EDIT2 - I've just bought a CN10000 from a US site so please only post comments saying "CN10000 is definitely the best choice"

If either of those are based on the C7 processor then they will have the highest performance. Either way the 1ghz chip is going to be at least twice as fast the as the 533 you had/have. The memory will be slightly quicker, but these systems are still majorly bottle-necked by memory performance anyway, but should suite for what you want it for. I have a 1.2ghz C3 EPIA running Windows XP with 512mb DDR ram and it runs fine...

For real performance and silence you are best off with a Celeron-M/Pentium-M based chip or AMD's new chip (Geode?). Even the C7 from VIA is only marginally quicker than the C3...
