    i take it you know that the 3800+ X2 is slower than the 3700+ for anything single-threaded

    although you will be able to get on with stuff in the background much more easily, and games will hardly change especially with the 6800LE in your sig

    and you can clock it to over 2.4 easily (might want a new board to do that properly after youve moved to PCI-e)

    so yes, worth the £80 if you know what youre buying

    Yes, as I said before I run a lot of pro apps often similtaneously. Explorer definately is faster with all my extra junk going on!
