    chipset supports conroe, bur mobo does not have required vrm [voltage regulator modules]

    its a hardware limitation, general opinion is a hack will not suffice

    but who knows until conroe becomes avaialble and people can try it

    Well its down to voltage regulation and we have seen people do much siller things...
