Are you talking about TV *input*?.. I've *always* used TV cards on CRT monitors set to 85Hz, never have any problems with it. TFTs aren't even concerned with refresh rates since they simpily refresh the last transmitted pixels into the array.

I have a x1300 and its a great card, handles every game to date, and media is quite well to, with the Catalyst control center you can configure hydravision, avivo , etc. A great card for games and media.
