Help Setting up Smartfan BIOS Settings

Hey Guys, I got my new pc up and running, hooray

However, it's a bit noisy. I have the cpu and a chassis fan plugged into the 3 board headers, and the bios has options for PWM throttling - "Smart Fan".

Thing is, I've enabled it, but nothing seems to happen, the manual is really vague. I can't seem to set fan speeds in speedfan either, but it's surely possible through the bios - can anyone help me set it up?

    Options Are:
PWM Start Temp (Deg C) : (Defaults to 30 degrees C)
Start PWM Value (0~127) : (Defaults to 64)
PWM Full On Temp (Deg C) : (Defaults to 62 degrees C)
PWM Slope: Defaulted to "2 pwm value / deg. C"

Can anyone help? The Mobo is a Foxconn 945G7MA-8EKRS2.

    Cheers, Blue
