PC3200
CAS 2-3-2-6

Anyone have any idea? Not really good with RAM timings and all that caboogle  But know enough to know roughly what i'm paying for :)

The corsair but only by a tiny amount. If you machine is stable and fast dont bother moving things around.

The difference in timing is absolutely unnoticable if run @ SPD. But Mushkin has long been one of the best overclockers so I'll go with them :D

you cant say anything without knowing the actual chips in them, they could be downgraded to make up numbers or they could be at their limit at that SPD
mushkin seems to use lots of winbond chips so they are probably the new 1gb BH5 dimms (those are about the best timings around on 1gb sticks) but corsair uses chips from everywhere... you can find out at houseofhelp.com, go to the corsair forums and "enthusiasts only" and you can post your serial numbers and find out
