My CPU is running at 51C and my motherboard at 50C in this heat (temperature in my study is 32C). The CPU usually runs at around 42C.

CPU was 45C last time I checked. It was the GPU that I was concerned about when it hit 90C while my gf was playing Oblivion. Then I discovered the fan settings on her profile were at default (53% or so) so I changed that to match mine (70% during full load 3d) and the temps were back to a peak of 81C.
Normally CPU runs at around 40C and GPU around 70C peak
edit: checked properly this time.
CPU: 40
Memory: 38
motherboard: 38
GPU: 59
GPU mem(?): 55
that's with speedfan
NVidia control panel thinks the GPU is at 69 and ambient 55.
Cool n Quiet really works - CPU gets to 51 at 100% load eventually.
Room temp is about 30 according to the heater thermo, but it doesn't feel that hot.

Not too bad considering... CPU is at 33°C (normally about 28° and motherboard is at ~40ish whilst GPU is at around 59°C... I wish that the room was a bit cooler though!
I see, said the blind man to his deaf wife as he stuck his wooden leg out of the door to feel if it was raining.
I was swapping the fan in my nephew's psu as I wanted the quieter Aerocool Turbine fan for myself and noticed the psu was very hot. The rest of the computer was hot as well due to his room being quite small (and the weather).
CPU temp monitor was disabled in the bios so I enabled it for a few seconds to check the temp, it was
79.5C
Don't have a temp monitor and I can't be assed to install one but I can say that it's not very happy, I had to turn up my rear 120mm up to full, might turn off the BIOS fan speed control and just have em all blazing on full.
My room is acutally hotter than outside too , got my window wide open but I'm on the wrong side of the house for the breeze (probably doesn't help that I've got my PC on all day )
CPU is about 40c (2ghz p4 oc'd to 2.5). Best thing I found was increasing air pressure into the case - pump up the intake fun (intake and exhaust are on a rheobus).
edit: forgot to say, my room is 30c at the moment.
I'm in Scotland at the moment (at "home" for Summer, using my notebook, PC is in storage), so if anything, temps are probably lower here than they were when I was in Bucks!
Heh.. I've disabled my intake fan and just use the exit fan for the centurion 5Originally Posted by Mutley

My chip normaly runs around 35ºC-37ºC idel and about 40ºC-41ºC full load.
Idling at the moment is at 44ºC idle, the system temp is at 44ºC which is normaly around 32ºC.
I have however unplugged my front and rear 80mm fans as I was running it overnight for some downloads and it's too noisy to sleep else.
The temps are fluxuating...here is a piccie of all my temps...
The 2ºC temp is an anomoly so you can ignore that .
hard disk drive taking a beating @ 50 degrees!
CPU 55
CASE 49
HDD 44
all idle temps
its getting raped to be honest, i dont dare fire up a game, usually idle at 49 degrees for processor
oh btw... THERE IS NOW WIND HERE
