AMD Barebones shuttle
Hi folks, please forgive my ignorance of barebones systems & AMD socket standards but I was wondering if anybody could tell me up to what cpu speed this motherboard took and indeed how to work out AMD CPU numbers in terms of good old ghz?

any socket 939 cpu im reckoning after a quick bout of google. as for Ghz numbers they can be found here: http://www.amd.com/us-en/Processors/...E13076,00.html
and here:
http://www.amd.com/us-en/Processors/...e10248,00.html
wondering why you want to know the numbers in Ghz tho. if its because its what your used to forget it and find some benchmarks on the processor of interest instead.

That system should take all socket 939 CPUs.

Thanks for that. It seems logical for me think in terms of ghz that's all. If a CPU is a Pentium 4 3.06 then I know the speed straight away. I used to see an AMD 2500, 3200 or whatever and logically assume that AMD used the CPU spec number to similarly denote speed but, of course, it ain't that simple.
