    I'd say the AMD system - faster CPU, much more hard-drive space and PCIe graphics (means you can upgrade to pretty-much anything).

    The X1600XT is a fairly decent card too, but you can always upgrade that at a later date if you want.

    If its new then the price looks good, not sure what 450W PSU you're looking at though.
    And why 2x80GB when you can get 1x320G at about the same price?

    Depends on pot-luck. Both of mine can go 2.7Ghz easy, not sure of the new one though.
