Silverstone Sugo or the Lian Li V300 looks good but are ~£100 while Aspire X-Qpack is the more functional but is ~£70.

They all take atx psu's which is something to bear in mind.

A list of good motherboards is here, fortunately they're not too pricey:

    http://www.hardforum.com/showthread....5&page=1&pp=20

Basically any nf4 board is worth looking at for s939, main decision is whether you want to overclock or not.

i never thought of these dark horse.I had always looked at the SN25p and all the other shuttles not realising u can build ur own like this. Would my current rig be able to fit into one of these? If not which would i have to change?

The 2 mentioned above are jsut the case right? and for 70 the second ones look sweet!

Those are bare cases only. The benefit of them over a shuttle is that you can have your own atx psu. You would have to use a matx motherboard but the s939 ones are quite reasonable. The main drawback of sff cases is size, so optical and hdd drives are limited but it seems you don't have more than 1 of either so thats not a problem.

Everything else should fit, the only thing to look out for is a lower profile cpu cooler. I think Zalman have just brought out a low profile cooler, the CNPS8000, for about £30.

A shuttle will come with case, psu and cpu cooling for ~£250 while building your own would come to:

    case £70-100
    Psu Already have
    cpu cooling £30
    matx mobo £50

So no debate really - especially if price is important!

    Should be.

There is an issue about the total lenght of your PSU and optical drive. Basicaly if both are to long they will meet in the middle, so you will need to check, but I don't think there is much chance of a problem.

Your other problem will be the number and lenght of power cables coming from your PSU. If it has lots of long leads, it could create a bit of a birds nest inside the case, that will block airflow. If you where buying a new PSU I would recomend a modular one, but with an existing one you should be OK if you are tidy, and use zip ties to keep stuff out of the way.

As chrestomanci has stated the Enermax should fit but you know you want to sell it to me

As far as I'm aware the Enermax does have long leads so it may look like a birds nest.

ok that mobo looks perfect, not too pricey either. So i just gotta sell my case and mobo and im good to go

Im pretty sure im going to go for the Aspire X-Qpack (http://guru3d.com/article/cases/321/8)
And get the mobo mentioned above. Would the powersupply provided which a is a 420wat be sufficient for my rig? or shal i stick to my enermax noisetaker 485?
Would there be an issue with my arctic sillencer on my x850xtpe and my 4 ram sticks? and would my cpu cooler need to be changed cause i have both a xp120 or arctic freezer 64 pro i can use.

    Cheers lads

Still working on it - no need to spend that much - a Seasonic is around £37 from Scan for a 430 watt or OCZ modular psu - http://www.ebuyer.com/UK/product/102952

Shooting myself in the foot but according to the following page the Aspire psu is not recommended

Just in case you haven't seen the 'Today Only' page - Scan have the Enermax 400W Liberty for £43. That's if you still want to swap the psu.
