Best AMD processor and motherboard

I got an Asrock 939SLI32-eSATA2 awesome motherboard I had a DFI lanparty SLi-D if anything i've found this motherboard to be more stable wtih my opteron 146 @ 3Ghz after the simple volt mod

It's not but I want an Asus or MSI and the NForce 4 start at around £50. Would like silent passive cooling and these cost even more.

I was hoping to grab an NForce for £30 and a cheap processor

The motherboard has to be compatible with the Scythe Ninja. The Asus motherboards don't need the Ninja plate whereas the ASRock does.

Don't know about the Ninja plate, but ASRock is Asus, and it is silent passively cooled.
