Same for me, now I think of it.

At ~£5, a Zalman NB cooler is well worth it. (although you have to take your mobo out of your case to fit it.... )

The noisiest part for me was the 40mm graphics card fan.

On my brother's computer I swapped the fans etc. until I realised the graphics card fan was the culprit again.

These were low end graphics cards though.

I just isolate where the worst noise is coming from "The Graphic Card" . I tried the method that Fatal Saviour mentioned and found that the noise is actually come from the middle of the case i.e. graphic card.
I guess Now I need to start saving towards a new graphic card. ( Have seen the asus fanless one ) .

Unless you're seriously bothered by a tiny bit of noise, I'd investigate the Zalman VF-700 / VF-900 or the Arctic Cooling Silencer GFX coolers - they are very quiet, and much cheaper than buying a whole new card...

I have read some review on the Zalman VF-900 and quit like the ideal of it. Does any body know what is the latest graphic card that it can handle ? Should I wish to upgrade the graphic card later on ?

I've recently dabbled in the Arctic Cooling Silencers for a 6600GT graphics card I had.
#15, and it's a hell of a lot quieter, - and cooler than the previous HSF was.
It may be worth checking them out.

The P180's a good case, and it's really rather good at damping out some noise that's normally propagated through case vibration, but you may have issues with some PSUs (like the SeaSonics) that aren't modular, in that you might find cabling to be a bit of an issue.

    Question Why ?

I installed the new PSU and hard drive last night and belive it or not the noise level is more or less then same . But when I rest the bios setting of the motherboard .The computer just gone all quite ? The thing is when i check the fan settings for the cpu and graphic card , they all stay the same. Only when I put my ear around the case , I notice that my reptor drive doesn't make any adubie sound when idle .

Any how I think the noise problem seems to be disapeared. I'll try to stress test the system tonight just to make sure.
