    Problem installing Win XP and 2000

    Dear all,

    I have a problrm installing XP and 2000 on a PC. With Win XP it gets to 34 mins remaining and then seems to stop. I have tried a slipsteamed cd and a original cd.

    With Win 2000 it get's half way through installing devices and then stops.

    Do you think i need to upgrade the BIOS? It was running ME before so you would have thought it would be fine with 2k?

    Never mind, i've done it.

    I removed all PCI cards and it installed fine. Noticed that it was getting stuck on device driver installation.
