ok guys last night i had my side of again, and put it back to normal, no overclock and it was happy to stay at 40c or 42 if i was doing anything.

This weather really is makeing a difference, so i'm going to wait till i get my case fans and try to re sit my heatsink with atric silver compound,

alot of the heat was generated by my power pack, so theres alot of heat near the top of my case near the top, so im going to have a fan sucking out air there,,

which would any of you reccomend thats a strong fan and will suck plenty of air out , noise isnt an issue, i'd rather keep it cool and be slightly louder than any other fan, then be hot.

You pay to buy a quiet fan.
I've had a few of the Ebuyer 12cm fan which only cost a quid each and they push a lot of air. If you really want something excessive, you could buy those Delta fans which sounds like a turbofan.
The ebuyer fan is quiet at 5V if you ever want the quietness.

The delta 120mm fans will move more air than anything you will find, but they are VERY loud. You wouldn't believe so much noise could come from a fan. So a fan controller is a must.
