"Delayed Write Failed" on SATA + XP

Had a computer random freezes (thread about "Strange SATA HDD/Radeon 9600 behavior ...") and solved it by lowering AGP/PCI speed...

After that PC doesn't freezes anymore, but when i copy large files to SATA drive, i got "Delayed Write Failed" error poping up, and Event Viewer is full of errors like "An error was detected on device \Device\Harddisk3\D during a paging operation", "The device, \Device\Ide\IdePort2, did not respond within the timeout period." and copy is not possible as it takes forerver to complete...

Also, the disk is checked for errors and cables ar ok, otherwise it would stop also when the AGP/PCI speed is default... Think its SATA controller conflict with IDE, but i don't know the specifics and theory of SATA&PCI&IDE co-operation...maybe i need a some driver?

Turn off command queueing on the SATA controller via device manager.

I dont have that option in device manager... the sata controller is integrated, and only option i have is 82801EB controller.
