Sounds good to me - i meant the stock ones on that case are supposed to be a bit on the loud side.

    Haven't you learnt..

    It's never finished.

Something to tweak, something to add, a second 7800? Another HDD, more RAM, Dual Core?

I have the bug, we all do, Loving the monitor though.

Mine's at 3.0Ghz using the same cooler as yours and still idles around 40 (44 in this heat) and burns at about 46 (48/50 in this heat) I'd say you'd more than merrily get it to 3.0

lol im having trouble with mine at the mo. its at about 50 on idle. i need to reseat it really but they are sucha mission to take on and off. and yes. i know i will upgrade its imposible not to. give me about a week. i need a 4@ blue cathode to finish the indside but dont wanna pay stupid amounts for it. and as for the monitor i know! i love it! soo glad i got it! although i dont think i will upgrade to more hard drives. if i ever did it would be a raptor for speed but that wont be for a long time. i dont really need much space. and i really liek the spinpoint.

yes m8, its a very good cloker! if u ask most ppl they will sya how good the opterons especialy the 144 and 146 are at over clocking. also very easy to over clock. and it runs stable and very well at 2.8 for £110 you can get a processor which has the potential to run at speeds of alot more expensive processors. im really pleased with it.
