bad to multitask with raid 0?

i was wondering if its bad to mulittask with raid 0? for a multi tasking system, perhaps i should use raid 1 since it will mirror itself, thus allowing more places to seek from?

i think it should be pretty good, if youre doing enough stuff to build up an I/O queue raid0 is pretty good, but that will cane your CPU if youre using a software controller

If the raid controller and your drives support Native Command Queuing (NCQ) then you should be ok.
