there's a guy on Bit-tech trying to sell 2x512Mb of DDR600 capable PQI TCCD - can't even get £60 for them.
eBay seems to be getting around £65 for them (Corsair XMS anyway). Goddamn I didn't know 1gb sticks were going so cheap
