Hey Clunk you think you are unluky

I think my P5B Deluxe is DOE to! I picked it up from Scan today
    It will not post
This is my third Asus board this month.

    I was thinking
If you take all the ram out and then turn the PC on it should throw a wobler and beep
    Any ideas?

    sorry to hear that mate.

have you tried a single stick of cheap ddr2 ram in it? i had to use some to boot to the bios and up the voltage to 2.2v before this ds would recognise the pc2-6400 ram. failing that, yeah, dont buy asus

I'm having some strange Vcore isues with mine. Even after flashing to the 801 bios I only get Auto as an option in the Bios and the on the fly Ai Booster thing starts at 1.4v.

The voltage is rock steady. It's just steady at 1.3v.

    Conroe E6600

There is an option in the widows based flash utility to alow you to downgrade the Bios.
