see the thread about this offer - the gfx card may not be what you thought.

the blue Wavemaster is nice (got 1 myself) but I would have thought that you could find it for less & of course it's not the best cooling case in the world.

What games were you deciding on playing because I would highly advise getting a X1900XT rather than a SLI solution

The monitor is great but if you want to save money then the DELL 2007FPW (£328.71 inc del) is good value for money, both are good quality just the nec has better response time and better colour quality but the £80 is worth it if you can afford it

Look at another retailer you dont want to buy off loads because of postage costs but you will have more choice if you pick 2 or 3

Also have you considered socket 939 processors? If you dont want to upgrade the cpu or ram in the future then you can get better ram and the motherboard will be cheaper

for game perfomance.. core 2 duo is definitely a better choice over x2 4600.
    even the cheapest E6300

i have been tlaking to ben on msn, he wants something that looks good and there no getting away form the fact thatthe eclipse isnt good looking my borther has one its ugly.

the wavemaster us a good case, well designed ie. can take out motherboard trays and thins and is easy to take aprt, also it looks good, can take 4 80 mm fans, and is light, and comes in nice silvers blues and golds. u have to remember not every1 wants case that mayb great for cooling but looks ugly and bored. thats why i recomened the antec p180, or a wavemaster. antec better cooling but imo and his the wavemaster has great looks, also dont go on about conroe in every post the guy has said he wil upgrade later just give it a rest u conroe whores

I would recommend going for an Allendale processor (e.g. e6300) and coupling it with any intel board you can find that supports sli. These new intel processors are miles ahead of amd.

Just go Conroe now, it might set you back an extra, well, nothing to be honest, you might have to wait a week or so for stuff to arrive but you will be happy with your system and not get stuck with hardware that to sell you have to make only 50% of what you paid for it.

Its worth getting Conroe now and waiting, believe me, if I were building a system now it would be conroe, no matter how long the wait. Seriously, it's not worth buying AM2 or 939 now and selling ina couple of months, wait a week and get conroe, even if it is the E6300.

And in all honesty, anyone that says the Eclipse is ugly hasn't seen the build quality and finish of the inside, if you want a rig that looks gorgeous with a window, nothing will beat the eclipse (or mirage)
