ive decided to look for a new psu and my old one is only a 350 and i plan to shove a lot more in my pc so i want a bigger reliabble one.
things id like:
adjustable rails, want to adjust the 3.3v 5v and 12v as it should help with overclocking
above 450w

Antec TrueControl 550 eveytime
pc & power psu's are probably the best out there, built to a 1% tolerance!!!! but even more pricey than antec/enermax top end offerings. if not one of those, then get an antec truecontrol 550 as the above poster metioned
now try getting a pc & power psu in the UK

i got a 550W almost silent (a*120mm fan)
which was 25 notes
feel quite insecure now
the enermax 550w runs a 12v of 36amps which is quite impressive? i think the antecs run 28 amps which is still awesome
my globalwin only runs 18
omg at price!!! is tehre anything for arouond £70 with adjustable rails?
the antecs are made by a feeder company of which ive forgoten the name ill try and find out as they will be a lot cheaper for the same psu.
someone said that scans 'cwt' (??) psu's are rebadged antecs. don't know the truth behind this, but they are a lot cheaper...

antec are rebadged cwt's(channel wells technology)but apparently there are a few slight differences like the cwt's are louder
ah, so just need to bung a quieter fan in them then

I have a CWT b/c of the fact they are antecs are cwt's rebadged (just google it and you'll see) and its not noticably noisy. Antecs may be quiet but the cwt is fine
do cwt do a 'true control' version?
