Will be ok as long as they're out of sight.
I've used aluminium clips with adhesive backing as they can be opened and closed easily whereas with the cable ties you would have to cut them?
You can also get cable ties with a release clip, push down on the clip and pull to release.
Any good places for stuff like cable ties which you can stick down?

I generally Just tie to the back of the drive bays (runs from top to bottom in my case), seems to work well enough.
On an E-ATX case theres usually enough room between the drives and the mobo for something like this, if you ran up the case every couple of inch's and just peeled off wires when needed it would look very nice.
