I'd normally just re-install windows but i dont have that option, so does anyone know what folders i need to clear out to delete all cokies and data etc that could be dangerous?

you can delete all folders under there apart from the one you've just logged on as. You could setup a new user (ie Admin) and then delete all the others... assuming you're using 2000 or XP
